The retreat moves through the elements — earth, fire, air, ether, as a living map of the journey from root to crown. Each practice layer deepens the one before it. Each day you feel yourself arriving somewhere further in, and somehow further up.

Begin in the earth.
The retreat opens with ceremony and an intentional grounding, in the body, in the land, in what you have come here to meet. The Mallorcan earth in late May is alive and patient. It knows how to hold.
Let the fire work.
At the close of the week, fire. What you arrived carrying, the drum and the flames know how to complete. This is the oldest ceremony there is.
Feel what opens.
Between root and fire, six days of practice move through the body and the breath. The rise is not something Diana teaches, it is what happens when the ground beneath you is real.

Root To Rise is for those who want more from a week than rest. Who are drawn to practice as a genuine path, not as exercise or escape, but as a way of knowing themselves more fully. Who feel something stir when they hear the words earth, fire, ceremony, breath.
You do not need a background in yoga or healing to be here. Beginners are held as carefully as those who have practiced for years. What matters is that you come with an open body and a willingness to let the week do what it does.
This is well-suited to those at a natural threshold — a transition, a completion, a new chapter taking shape. And equally to those who simply know, without a particular reason, that it is time.

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is the closest airport, approximately 25 minutes from the estate. It is well connected from most major European cities.

Comfortable yoga and movement clothes, layers for cooler mornings and evenings, and something warm for the fire ceremony on the final night. Sunscreen and a hat for the afternoons. A journal. Everything else, yoga mats, props, and all materials are provided.

Yes. All meals are prepared fresh on the estate and dietary requirements are accommodated with care. Please note any allergies or preferences in your application and Diana will be in touch to confirm.

Full details are shared upon booking confirmation. As a general guide, deposits are non-refundable and balance payments are due 90 days before arrival. Travel insurance covering cancellation is strongly recommended.
