The retreat opens at the threshold. Feet washed in rose water, a flower in the hand, the shala strewn with petals. Mallorca in late spring is already in bloom. The land knows how to receive you.

Flor de Vida is for those who want more from a week than rest. Who are drawn to practice as a genuine path, not as exercise or escape, but as a way of knowing themselves more fully. Who feel something stir when they hear the words bloom, breath, devotion, ceremony.
You do not need a background in yoga or healing to be here. Beginners are held as carefully as those who have practiced for years. What matters is that you come with an open heart and a willingness to let the week do what it does.
This is well-suited to those at a natural threshold — a softening, an opening, a chapter that wants to begin gently. And equally to those who simply know, without a particular reason, that it is time.

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is the closest airport, approximately 25 minutes from the estate. It is well connected from most major European cities.

Comfortable yoga and movement clothes, layers for cooler mornings, and a wrap or shawl for the late evenings. Sunscreen and a hat for the afternoons. A journal. Everything else, yoga mats, props, and all materials, is provided.

Yes. All meals are prepared fresh on the estate and dietary requirements are accommodated with care. Please note any allergies or preferences in your application and Diana will be in touch to confirm.

Full details are shared upon booking confirmation. As a general guide, deposits are non-refundable and balance payments are due 90 days before arrival. Travel insurance covering cancellation is strongly recommended.
