Meet Diana Bomeny

Swedish born, Kundalini and Vinyasa trained, at work between Miami and Mallorca.

I was born in Sweden, where my earliest encounters with yoga awakened a pull toward something deeper. A practice that reached past the physical, toward a way of being I could feel long before I could name it.

My Philosophy

My path continued in Los Angeles, where I deepened my training and refined my understanding of the tradition. Kundalini yoga gave shape to what I had felt from the beginning, offering a system that works through every layer of human experience.

A personal awakening followed, arriving as a natural expansion of intuitive awareness, and it informs every class and every session I offer today.

My connection to crystals began through years of working with precious and semi-precious stones in jewelry design. What started as an aesthetic relationship grew into a deeper study of their energetic properties, and led to formal training and international certification as a Crystal Healing Therapist. I approach crystals as precise tools, each with its own character, structure, and resonance.

Today my work moves between Miami and Mallorca, where I teach, hold sessions, and lead immersive experiences. In Mallorca I have made a dedicated healing space inside an ancient estate, a place shaped with intention and built for deeper, focused work across every practice I offer.

Everything I teach comes from the same place. The body already knows the way, and the practice is what returns you to it. Whether that arrives through breath, through sound, through the stones, or in the quiet of a circle, the work underneath is the same.
