Class Length
Classes are typically 60 to 90 minutes. Ceremonies and special events may run longer. Duration is noted in each class description.
After Class
Many students experience a lasting sense of stillness and openness after class. Diana is available briefly after in-person sessions for any questions.
All Levels Welcome
Every class is designed to meet students where they are. No prior experience is needed for any offering.
Location
In person in Miami from November to April and Mallorca from May to October. Online classes are available for students worldwide year-round.
