Yoga works with the whole person — body, breath, energy, and inner life. This is what begins to shift when the practice deepens.

The physical body

Movement and breath working together to build strength, release tension, and restore ease. Every pose is an invitation, never a demand.

The energy body

Kundalini yoga works directly with prana, the vital life force — clearing blockages and awakening the intelligence that moves through you.

The nervous system

Both Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga have profound effects on the nervous system, calming the reactive mind and returning the body to a felt sense of presence.

The inner life

At its depth, yoga is a practice of remembering. Coming home to the stillness, clarity, and wholeness that was always already there.

THE METHODS

What Diana teaches.

Diana offers both Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga — each a complete practice with its own qualities and depth. Both are available in group classes and private sessions, in person and online.

Kundalini yoga works with breath, mantra, movement, and meditation to awaken the nervous system and expand awareness. Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement in flowing sequences that build heat, strength, and presence.

The Shift

What a session feels like.

Whether in group class or private session, each experience is guided by presence and shaped around you.

  • Most of us move through the day holding our breath without realizing it. In Diana's classes, breath is always the foundation. You arrive, you breathe, and something in the body begins to soften almost immediately.

  • Yoga at this depth works with the fascia, the nervous system, and the energy body at the same time. What the body has stored — tension, emotion, held patterns, begins to find its way out through movement and breath.

  • Kundalini yoga works directly with the pranic body, the subtle field of energy that runs through everything. Students often describe a warmth, a tingling, or a sense of aliveness that was not there when they arrived.

  • The stillness at the end of a session is not emptiness. It is clarity. A reset that, with regular practice, begins to carry into your daily life long after you leave the mat.
