The breath is the most immediate tool we have for transformation. Always present, always available. Diana's breathwork sessions draw from conscious connected breathing, Kundalini pranayama, and Breathwalk — a holistic walking breathwork practice — available as private sessions, group classes, and immersive breath journeys.

Conscious breathwork works directly with the nervous system, the energy body, and the emotional field. This is what becomes available when the breath is fully engaged.
The nervous system
The breath is the only autonomic function we can consciously control. Directed breathing patterns shift the nervous system rapidly, moving from reactivity into deep rest and presence.
Stored emotion
The body holds what the mind cannot always process. Breathwork creates a direct pathway for old emotions and held experiences to surface and release, safely and completely.
Energy and vitality
Kundalini pranayama works with the pranic body to move and amplify life force energy. Students often experience waves of warmth, tingling, and a profound sense of aliveness.
Expanded awareness
Deep breathwork can open states of consciousness rarely accessed in daily life — clarity, interconnectedness, and a felt sense of something much larger than ordinary thinking.
THE METHODSHow Diana works.
Diana draws from several breathwork traditions, weaving them together according to what each student or group needs.
Conscious connected breathing works with a rhythmic, unbroken breath to release tension and move energy through the body. Kundalini pranayama uses specific breath patterns — Breath of Fire, long deep breathing, alternate nostril — to work precisely with the energy system. Breathwalk combines conscious breath with walking in nature for a practice that integrates body, mind, and movement.
Sessions are available one-on-one and in group settings, in person and online.
